Sex Therapy
For women, our work may center on understanding and healing sexual pain. For men, it often involves exploring erection or performance challenges. Together, we’ll identify what’s contributing to these issues and collaborate with your medical team to support recovery and overall wellness.

We use an individualized approach custom tailored to each individual. We also connect with your medical team when needed. Below are the common therapy modalities we use:
Psychodynamic Therapy: Explores how unconscious thoughts, early experiences, and inner conflicts shape current behavior and emotional patterns.
Exposure and Response Prevention: Gradually exposes people to feared situations or thoughts while preventing compulsive responses to reduce anxiety and OCD symptoms.
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy): Helps people accept difficult thoughts/feelings, clarify values, and take committed action toward a meaningful life.
